We’re happy to share about the Return/Exchange policy offered to our customers. With this option, if you don’t like the product or if there is any issue like (wrong size, damaged product, wrong product) you will have the option of requesting the return request within 14 days (may vary product to product. For details, please check the item page at the time of ordering) from product delivery.

The only requirement of the return/exchange policy is that the item you’re returning should be in it’s actual condition. Tags and packaging should remain intact and the product should not have been used. Once the item is received at the warehouse, there will be a quality check, post which the refund will be processed. You’re more than welcome to try on the product; however, please take adequate measure to avoid any damage to the product.

You can now apply for the return request by sending us an email on along with the complete and clear images. Please check the list shared below for the images required for return.

  • Please share complete and clear image of the product along with the tags.
  • Please ensure that the product is in proper unused condition and without any damages on products and the box.
  • Please share the image of the invoice as well.

Once all the images and reason for return are shared on our email, our team will review your request and once the request is approved, our courier partner will be aligned to pick up the order as per your prescribed date and time, subject to availability.
The refund will be processed when the product is delivered to our Warehouse and meets the quality parameters of the item. There will be no refund issued if the received product does not pass the quality check.

*Please note, the amount will be refunded for the items only, other fees like shipping fee are non- refundable. Also, our shipping partner will pick up your returned items at no extra as of now.*

The following Exception and Rules apply to this Policy:

  • As a new company, we currently do not have the option for the reverse pick up for products below Rs 499 so you would have to self shipped it to our warehouse address. Your support is highly appreciated. We will connect you to the service providers when your return has been approved from our end.
  • All items that need to be returned/exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. products must be packed in the original box in which they were delivered).
  • In case you have purchased an item, which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then your gift item also needs to be returned in order to process the required refund.
  • White Pole will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. If an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, White Pole would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the Customer.
  • Exchange & Returns are available for the purchased Combo products only if customer agrees to bear the reverse shipping cost. On the purchase of COMBO products from the collections i.e. 2 for 999, 2 for 1399, 2 for 1799 if customer wishes to return the product then He/She has to bear a Rs. 100/- rupees as a reverse shipping charge.
  • For the purchased COMBO products if customer wants to return 1 product, He/She will get 50% refund of the invoice/Paid value in the form of store credits only.

Important Note:

  • In case of any damage product or wrong product delivered from our end, the return pickup would be done from our end without any additional charges and we would take a follow up on the email regarding the refund.
  • Currently, we have the option for the refund of the returned products under your The White Pole account in your Store Credit.
  • The store credit would be initiated from our end within 24 hours from the pick up date in your TheWhitePole (Circle One Industry) account.
  • Monetary refund would not be done from our end in case the return request is initiated for the below shared reasons ;
  • Did not like, size issue/fitting issue.

For all other countries, we have tied up with the best logistic partners like FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS and Aramex to provide you with the most reliable and efficient service.

Shipping charges will be added/ mentioned while checking out on your order. For any difficulty, please reach out to you us over social media or

  • We accept all international credit and debit cards. Simply choose a credit card at the time of check out. This is the simplest way to complete your transaction.
  • An alternate payment option is PayPal. You can select this at the time of check out as well. Once we get an order confirmation email, we will send you an invoice (on the email id provided) for the same.
  • The payment gateway for international payments, Paytm is not accepted.
  • Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
  • No refunds will be provided.

Shipping Information - India

We at TheWhitePole (Circle One Industry) know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. We are as excited as you to receive your pair of TheWhitePole (Circle One Industry)!

  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value
  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
  • COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for security purposes. 3 attempts will be made to confirm the order failing which, orders will be cancelled. (We suggest to confirm your COD order on call for a smooth delivery experience).
  • Our courier partners will make contact with the shipping number provided at the time of delivery. Failing to receive or attend to the calls will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.

Order Cancellation Policy

For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Our customers have the option to cancel the unshipped orders by sending us an email on
  • Any order which has already been shipped cannot be cancelled from our end (both prepaid and Cash on delivery orders).

Special sale period policy

This offer is exclusively valid during the specified sale period.

  • Only exchanges will be permitted; returns are not accepted for the products under the special sale period.
  • A courier charge of ₹200 will be applicable for exchange of products.
